Questions & Answers

Frequently asked questions

Reaching out is the hardest step. Here are the answers people ask us most — and you can always just call.

Will you judge me or my situation?

Never. A home becoming overwhelming is a situation, not a character flaw — and one we know how to resolve with compassion. We have helped many families through exactly this, and we treat everyone with respect and discretion.

Is everything kept private?

Yes. Your privacy is protected at every step. We work discreetly, and we only involve family members or case managers if and when you want us to.

Do you work with Medicare, Medicaid, and social workers?

We do. We partner with social agencies, case managers, and LCSWs, and we work with Medicare and Medicaid clients. Caseworkers can reach out to arrange or refer services on a client’s behalf.

How does it start?

It begins with a free, private phone call. From there we schedule a no-obligation in-home assessment, walk the space with you, and map out a clear, respectful plan and quote.

How much does it cost?

Every situation is different, so we provide a clear quote after your free assessment — no surprises. Call us and we’ll talk it through.

How quickly can you come out?

We answer the phone 24/7 and can usually schedule an assessment quickly. If you have an urgent need, call us and we’ll do our best to help right away.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Milwaukee, WI & surrounding areas.

Are you insured?

Yes — we are insured and bonded, and fully equipped to handle complex, heavy-duty remediation and meticulous deep cleaning.

What happens to my belongings?

Nothing leaves without your say-so. We sort alongside you, protect what matters, and coordinate donation or responsible disposal of the rest.

Still have a question?

Call us anytime — day or night. There's no obligation, and the conversation is always free and confidential.
