I need help desperately and urgently.  I’m supposed to be moving across the country in approx. 11 days, but I’ve been so overwhelmed, ashamed, and WWW.FACEBOOK.COM / EFFICIENTCLEANINhumiliated by what my house has become over a period of 45+ years — full of garbage and recycling, rooms I can’t get into because of all the junk, years of piled-up, unopened mail, boxes, both empty and unopened — that I can’t even make a start. Plus I now find myself physically unable to do almost anything (I’m 76 years old and have become very weak).  The fact that, as things stand, the movers won’t be able to get to and move out the things they need to, is giving me severe anxiety attacks that just make everything worse.  I am literally paralyzed by this situation while time speeds by.  I’ve been wanting to reach out for help for months, but haven’t been able to muster the courage to ask someone to come into the house to witness any of this.  At this point, I feel like an animal who’s been backed into a corner.  The ramifications of not having the house in a workable state for the movers are more than I can bear to contemplate.
